Spam/Inappropriate/Rude/Swearing/Disrespectful

If you were muted for the above reason, this was because you were either spamming in chat, being inappropriate in chat, swearing, or being rude to other players.​

Negative Behavior

If you were muted for negative behavior, you were either repeatedly verbally attacking another player, or bothering them over an extended period of time or targeting a certain group of people due to color, religion, ethnicity, or beliefs. ​

Social Media Advertising

If you were muted for social media advertising, advertising youtube channel, or advertising twitch, you were advertising on the server without the YT rank which is against the rules. ​

Other Mutes

There may be other mute reasons not covered by the above. If you were muted for something other than the above, the mute reason should be specific enough to understand.

******BANS******

If you have been banned, below you will find information as to why you have been banned and how to proceed with appealing. Please note that not all ban reasons may be represented below.

Blacklisted Modifications

If you were banned for blacklisted modifications, you were using modifications not allowed on the server.

Verbal Abuse

If you were banned for Verbal Abuse, you told a player to do something to themselves in real life that could potentially harm them.​

Chat Related Bans (Inappropriate, spamming, rude, negative behavior)

If you were banned for chat related offenses, such as inappropriate, spamming, rude, harassment, negative behavior, this means that you have accumulated multiple previous mutes or your chat offense was too extreme and resulted in a ban.​

Advertising Domain/Server Advertising

If you were banned for advertising domain or server advertising, this means that you were publicly posting another server's domain name and or IP.​

Inappropriate/Bad Name

If you were banned for inappropriate name or bad name, this means your name was deemed inappropriate for the server and you banned until you change it.

Scam/Phishing

If you were banned for scamming/phishing, this means that you were advertising a potentially harmful link that could threaten players account security, or you were attempting to sell goods to other players in an attempt to scam them out of their money.​

Exploiting/Team Griefing

If you were banned for exploiting or team griefing, this means that you were exploiting a glitch in a game or on a map, or you were griefing your team during a game. Some examples include getting out of a map or killing your teammates in a game.​

Inappropriate Drawing/Building

If you were banned for inappropriate drawing or inappropriate building, this means that you were either drawing an inappropriate picture in pixel painters, or you were building inappropriate structures in minigame.​

Inappropriate Skin/Cape

If you were banned for inappropriate skin or inappropriate cape, this means that your minecraft skin or optifine cape was deemed to be inappropriate.​

Other Bans

There may be other ban reasons not covered by the above. If you were banned for something other than the above, the ban reason should be specific enough to understand.​

Your Minecraft account does not need to be linked to your forum account to post an appeal!​

Please also note than in many cases we are unable to share the proof we have internally for your ban, either due to the original reporter not giving permission for us to share the evidence (usually in cases where they wish to protect their identity as the reporter) or in cases where proof collected by staff shows private information which was also captured inadvertently. If you request proof and the appeals team does not provide it, it is likely for this reasoning.​

Why are my appeals responded to by bots and not real people?

The appeals team do not use bots to respond to appeals. We have specific appeal accounts that we use to respond to each and every appeal after reading them ourselves. These accounts are for our personal benefit to prevent harassment and unnecessary conflict. ​

How come I always get copy and pasted answers?

We on the appeals team deal with hundreds of appeals a day, and we cannot give lengthy custom responses to each appeal. We use copy and pasted answers in order to give those appealing their answer quicker and more efficiently. ​

Can I appeal multiple times, even after my first appeal was denied?

Once your first appeal has been denied, all appeals made after that will also be denied. No amount of appeals or time after your first appeal will change the answer given. ​

I have been banned for a long time, can I still make an appeal?

You can still make an appeal, even if you've been banned for a long time. However, your appeal will most likely be denied. ​

What happens if I continue to appeal after being denied?

If you continue to make appeals after your first appeal has been denied, your forum account may be suspended for an indefinite amount of time. ​

Do I need a linked forum account to appeal?

No, you only need to have created a forum account to post an appeal. You do NOT need to have your account linked.
